RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
We accept un opened, un used returns and exchanges with in 3 business days of the package landing to the customer.
If you have a return or exchange please do the following:
- Email us at customerservice@damnmama.com
- Put your Order # in the Subject Line
- Take a picture of your product showing that it is unopened and unworn and if you want a refund or exchange
- We will respond within 24-48hrs letting you know if we approve your return and we will send you a shipping label
Terms
- There is $10 restocking fee that will be deducted from your return.
- We ONLY exchange product for free if we sent you the WRONG product in the mail. Meaning you ordered one thing and got something else.
- Exchanges are FREE and we will send you a FREE shipping label for you send the product back to us IF we sent you the wrong product.
- We will offer you a coupon or gift card for new product if the wrong product comes to you so you can quickly get your proper product once we see movement on the tracking number of the wrong product so that the new product is at no cost to you for what you originally wanted from us.

DAMN MAMA BEAUTY (DAMN MAMA)is NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. DAMN MAMA BEAUTY (DAMN MAMA) is NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or stolen. DAMN MAMA BEAUTY (DAMN MAMA) is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
